Following the sound advice of his father that “if you can buy it, buy it,” Lawrence purchased his first home at the tender age of 23 and has been a real estate investor ever since. Through personal experience, he firmly believes that financial independence is achievable by everyone regardless of financial status, age or experience.

Born and raised in Michigan, Lawrence is an outdoorsman at heart who is always outside engaged in some adventure. While traveling through the Midwest after graduating from college, Lawrence found himself skiing in Telluride, Colorado. Enjoying a wealth of outdoor activities there, Lawrence decided to purchase his first slice of real estate with the help of a roommate and a local mortgage company. Lawrence has since gone on to purchase many properties with his innate sense of recognizing good value.

Lawrence settled in Telluride for where he served as Director of Personnel for the Telluride Film Festival for 14 years. Engaged enthusiastically in a myriad of outdoor sports -- from skiing to mountain climbing, bouldering, ice climbing, and hiking -- Lawrence enjoyed the financial freedom and lifestyle that was made possible by real estate investment.

Lawrence is a member of the National Association of Realtors, FIABCI, and Rotary International and a candidate for CIPS designation.
